In this article, we will describe in some simple steps how to fold a perfect origami crane. For our crane only a single square sheet of paper is needed !<\/h4>\n

By the way, the folds for our Origami Crane<\/strong> are a bit more complicated. Enough talk, let’s start with folding our Origami Crane !<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is required?<\/strong><\/span>

Simply a square sheet of paper !<\/strong><\/span>
\nYou can thus easily\u00a0cut an letter size sheet in it’s length,
\nto a square sheet ( aprrox. 8″ x 8″ ).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Fold the top corner to the bottom corner and<\/strong>\u00a0fold the resulting right corner to the left corner.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Place your thumb in the hollow of the top bag and pull the fold to the right.<\/strong>\u00a0You should now have a square. Press the creases well to achieve a clean folding.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now please turn to the folding.<\/strong>\u00a0
\n<\/strong>Please repeat “Step 2”,<\/strong>\u00a0but now from the other side.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Please fold now the left and right corner to the center and back again.<\/strong>\u00a0Press the resulting fold lines.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pull the bottom corner as shown in the figure
\nabove at\u00a0the horizontal dotted line upwards.<\/strong>
\nThe right and left flank now\u00a0almost automatically are

Fold the right and left flank to the center.<\/strong>\u00a0The dashed line in the figure is a good orientation.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Turn the paper over and repeat step 7 from the other side.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now pull the two lower ends,<\/strong>\u00a0“between” the upper flanks upwards.

Fold now at one end the head as shown.
